The interface with Channel Manager systems enables simplified management of you online reservation channels and as a result, it saves a lot of time.
A Channel Manager is an application (usually Web Based) that allows you to manage all of your booking sites from 1 single source. When a reservation is made via one of the Internet reservation systems linked with the Channel Manager, this reservation will be sent automatically to the wInner PMS.
Moreover the Channel Manager will also update the inventory of the other channels that are linked. As a result you can open a maximum number of rooms on the Internet without having the risk of overbooking.
The interface with wInner ensures that all reservations that are made via websites linked with the Channel Manager will be booked in real-time in the PMS wInner system. Your inventory in wInner will always be up to date including all reservations made via Internet reservation channels.
Using this technology you will save a lot of time since your inventory and rates that you open on the internet need to be entered just once in the Channel Manager Solution. The rest will work automatically. The Channel Manager will update all linked websites with the information that you have entered (Inventory & Rates).
