Trainer / Installer
Based in our offices in Brugge.

Job Description:

• To perform on-site installations of the wInner products.
• To conduct training sessions for the hotel staff and management.
• To organize, co-ordinate and follow-up installation projects in close co-operation with the customer.
• To man the Helpdesk and assist customers with problems and / or questions.

Candidate Profile:

• We seek a hotel professional.
• Languages spoken and written: Dutch, French and English (German or Spanish is a plus).
• Operational hotel experience at the reception or night audit.
• Operational experience with a Property Management system (e.g. wInner, Fidelio, Innsite, Prologic...).
• Prepared to travel. (50% of our installation are abroad).
• Strong personal interest in Information Technology.
• Willing to learn.
• Strong personality with good communication skills.
• Sense for responsibility.
