Interface with Stardekk
Are you using the 'Logismanager' and/or 'Cubilis' system from Stardekk to manage your online reservations ? Did you know that wInner offers a 2-way interface to the system which can save you valuable time?
This 2-way link allows you to connect the wInner PMS system with the Stardekk system. Via this link the hotel availability and rates are sent automatically to the Stardekk system. Even when inventory changes or when you change rates, these changes are automatically updated in the Stardekk system.
In addition, all reservations made via the Stardekk system or any of the channels connected are automatically integrated into the wInner PMS.
As a result, the availability in the wInner PMS system is always up to date. There is no more need to first retrieve the reservations and treat the manually before you know the actual occupancy of the hotel.
Moreover, when inventory changes in the PMS (eg. when making a new reservation, cancellation, stay extention etc.) these changes are automatically sent to the Stardekk system.
This way you can sell up to the last available room online without the risk of overbooking.
